In recent years, with the expansion of Huige Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. sales volume, the original industrial park has been unable to meet the demand for production capacity. In 2018, beside Binhai Phase I Manufacturing Center, Huige Put into the Phase II Manufacturing Center construction. The significance of the new factory for Huige lies not only in the improvement of production capacity, but also in the new level of intelligent manufacturing. Through the large-scale use of mechanized, automated and informationized equipment and system application, the manufacturing upgrade of Huige Outdoor Products has been realized. The manufacturing efficiency, delivery cycle, inventory rate, standardized construction, logistics automation, information management and so on will be a qualitative leap.

  The phase II plant has four floors of nearly 550000 square feet, which has been completed in December 2019. After putting into use, the shipment volume will be increased from 5HQ per day to 15HQ per day. And further expand the automatic punch line, spraying line, automatic packaging line, etc. It will greatly improve the production efficiency and process quality by arranging production plans through product and market differentiation.
