【GAS GRILL IGNITION】 IGNITION TYPES WE OFFER

Release Time:2022-11-17    Source:Huige News

Igniter Types of Huige Gas Grill

Automatic igniter (Spark igniter / Electronic igniter)

Automatic igniter is a push-button electronic spark-generating device powered by a battery or electric mains.

Automatic Igniter is a very reliable method available on our premium grill Series.  This igniter uses a Piezo spark to first light a concentrated flow of gas that shoots a flame directly beside the burner.  The flame makes wide contact with the gas burner, providing more odds for easy and quick ignition.  This igniter is integrated into the knob turn, so you can light your grill with one hand. Every burner has its own flame thrower igniter, so even if you have issue with one burner, you can always ignite a different burner & rely on the crossovers between them to light the next.

Piezo igniter (Piezo Starter / Single Spark igniter)

Piezo igniter  (Single Spark igniter) is a very reliable method you will find on our entry-level grills, and very common for most gas grills as it uses no outside power source to work outdoors. The spark is normally fired by pressing a button, while you turn the burner knob to get the gas flowing up. A spark generator uses the voltage from a battery to generate a spark. Pulse igniter (Continuous Spark igniter / Piezoelectric Heat)

Alternatively, if there is a battery pack on the grill, you have a Pulse Igniter. The Pulse Ignition is close to the Piezo Igniter, and added battery power allows continuous power for lighting up the grill, bringing easier lighting up. While the Pulse ignition needs you to maintain the battery for the ignition system to protect it from failure and keep it sharp. And on the next update, we will show you how to change the battery by yourself.

A spark generator uses the voltage from a battery to generate a spark. These have also become a common source of igniting a grill. If there is no battery pack on your grill, you have a piezoelectric starter. Alternatively, if there is a battery pack on your grill, you have a spark generator.
